I’ve been using the app for over a week each night when I go to bed. I am out like a light before the end and at some point wake up to turn my headphones off and then right back to sleep. It’s been amazing! I’m going to try the others as well. I tried the bad habits one but don’t remember it because I fell asleep! Perfect for light sleepers like myself!

I love this app. It is completely free. There is an option where you can make payments for a hypnotic booster which gives off certain sound frequencies which your brain recognizes that allows you to sleep deeply, but you have to have earbuds in to enable the booster. I love all the background music, tension release induction, and relaxing color induction choices! I have insomnia and night terrors which surprisingly helps with both! *Thank you to the developers of this app*

This is a great app. I also use another app with rain and fire sounds in the background at the same time. If you follow the instructions of the narrator it really helps you relax and fall asleep. If I'm really stressed I have to play it twice. The great thing is if you get in the habit of using it nightly no matter where you sleep it will be a familiar sound that soothes you.

This app was useless for someone with real insomnia. MIT uses the old standard method to tighten your muscles and then relax them starting with your feet up to your head. If this is enough for you, put on some music and do it yourself. I’d skip this one for sure.

Weird but good

My mother bought a set of cassettes in the 80s. I remember them well because i heard them hundreds of times as a child. It was a man named Bob Griswold from the Effective Learning Systems in Edina, Minnesota. He said it in the recording, that’s why i remember over 30 years later. This recording is the exact words he said in those cassettes. I’m kind of freaking out. It’s excellent, but I feel like I fell into another dimension. Not sure if this company bought them out or just copied it.
