So relaxing, I'm usually asleep before it ends.

What a complete and utter piece of garbage. Doesn't work at all. The reviews here must be coming from paid consumers. I can't believe I upgraded to the paid version of this app, with the hopes that it would help me. All I wanted is to sleep and if that is how you feel also, this is most definitely not for that. I don't want to be entirely negative and so I appreciate them attempting to help.

So omg was this amazing I've had it for about 2 weeks and I've been using it every night to help me sleep. I wanted to give it a week before investing in it since you do have to upgrade and do in app purchases for a better experience. But it's good. Unfortunately now I think I hit a Plato so it doesn't really work for me now. But it's an amazing app. I recommend it.

I love this recording, I use it every night with a small earbud so I don't disturb my husband. It covers relaxation and basic hypnosis. The woman's voice very soothing. I typically don't even make it through the whole thing before I fall asleep. If I happen to wake during the night, sometimes I listen again.i have been diagnosed with 4 different sleep disorders, so if it helps me, I imagine it would be great for someone without all those issues.

This app usually always works for me. In the four times I've used it so far it's worked for 3 out of four, however using this version you are forced to listen to instructions that don't even apply to you because the instructions are for the paid version. This is a big punch to the face because not only does it force us to just lay there listening to the lady ramble on and on, but this takes probably a good 10 minutes, not to mention she takes long pauses in between. However this app does work if you are still awake after the instructions so I am going to give it four stars.

Let Us Turn Off Auto Instructions

Please let the free app users have to ability to turn of the auto instructions. It is tedious and quite frankly annoying to have to listen to 5 minutes of instructions that are geared toward the paid app. The pop up ads for the paid version if you try to turn on/off a feature that isn't available for the free version or after the spoken guidance ends does get a bit annoying as well. Other than that, I like the spoken guidance. It has helped me fall asleep, but to be honest, I like the End Anxiety guidance script better.
