This is a super deceptive app. They claim it's a "free app" with in app purchases, but the truth is, you really can't use the app without making a purchase (which is fine, I understand things can't be free, but why be shady about it, just charge for it if you must!) The free version includes 20 minutes of silly instructions that cannot be turned off unless you buy the app. Again, totally fine, but why try to deceive? I deleted it immediately after figuring that out. Hopefully my review will save you the trouble. So shady...

This doesn't work at all. Use YouTube instead, you have to listen to instructions that don't apply because they are for the paid version. The things they tell you to do wake you up more than relax you.

This app is helpful in falling asleep, but whenever I use it, the little gps symbol appears in the corner of my screen, and there is no way of disabling it other than turning off location services for your phone completely. So why are they tracking where I sleep, and why am I not allowed to turn that off without turning off location services to my phone completely? Edit: in response to the devs denying tracking - I did extensive testing, and with nothing running in the background the gps symbol appears about 10 seconds after opening the app, and disappears about 30 seconds after closing the app. I don't know why they'd want to know where I am when I'm sleeping, but it is really kinda creepy. Hopefully it's just some weird bug, but this kind of thing usually means they're selling that information to someone.

Since using this app I have consistently been able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I am much more relaxed and focused during the day.

This company knows that the near 7-minute intro annoys you so badly that you'll pay for the upgrade so you can shut it off forever. I've yet to upgrade and listen to ASMR for 7 minutes while this app goes through the intro and then turn it up. The GOOD STUFF: 5 out of 7 times I don't recall anything past "imagine you're in a hammock." It's knocked me out. App works for me. For now, I'm doing okay with free version.

I have what I consider to be moderate insomnia, and often wake up in the middle of the night unable to fall back asleep. This has become My go to for going back to sleep quickly. The intro is a bit annoying, but the voice is very soothing. I don't think I've ever stayed awake long enough to listen past the ten minute point on the track. Recommend at least trying it!
