This app really helps me sleep. I downloaded it when I could not sleep partly because of sickness. It just annoys me that you have to buy the whole thing to change anything. Other than that, I love this app!

I’ve tried many apps and recordings but this one is my favorite. Sleep enabler with headphones really does work!
Waste of money

Didn’t find this app helpful. It’s short, maybe 30 minutes and doesn’t have multiple options so if you still haven’t fallen asleep you can’t try something else, you just have to listen to the same thing again. Too expensive for what you get.

I work nights and it hard to sleep after work I use this every night to relax and it puts me in a deep sleep where I just zone out

This has been a huge help as I'm adjusting to new time zones. I have been falling asleep before the session finishes and sleeping through the night. Awesome!
