I was not paying attention to getting enough sleep and noticing I was very tired during the day. Once I found this Ap, I started paying attention to sleep cycles. I am amazed that as I use this every night and choose how long I want to sleep, that I am now waking up 2 to 5 minutes right before my chosen sleep cycle! I believe this is a good tool to pay attention to getting enough sleep and the right kind of sleep. Great ap!

It is a good app but it does not let you play music from the app nor does it have a clock
