The Muscle Timer is a exceptional feature which calculates optimal rest times in the gym to help you achieve maximum workout effectiveness. Optimal rest times between workouts need to be short enough to allow for proper recovery so you can continue to push yourself during the next interval, but short enough to keep your heart rate up for the whole workout.

I think this app is very helpful to those trying to get in shape. To be honest I love it, not because of the YouTuber who made it, because it helped get into shape. The only problem I have is that it doesn’t have a digital trainer telling and boosting my confidence, but it is very helpful.

Just like in Jordan's videos, this app is a timer that helps gauge the intervals between work and rest. The basic timer is free and is easy to use. There is a fee for muscle training and that has lots of options which is great. If you watch Jordan's videos and like his exercise routines, you can now customize your training to fit your needs like I did. It's a great app!

I've been looking for this app since I started incorporating JY's HIIT routines into my daily workouts. I love the simplicity of the app, but its music icon is a bit deceiving--it only connects to Spotify. I don't have a Spotify account and am not a fan of being forced into having one. Please allow the app to access the music already on my phone and I'll spend the $5 to go pro.

Allows you to play Spotify while hearing the timer audio. Well designed. In a future version I'd like to see a set number included so you could do something like 3 sets of 5 rounds with a (user definable) 2 min break in between sets. Overall great functionality and design.

The app is cool for timer purposes but it's extremely limited. If you want to do multiple exercises in a set this app is not for you. The interval timer should have the option to add multiple work timers before the resting timer.
