I stick to this workout like a bible. The results for me are undeniable. This may not make you the strongest guy in the gym, but it will make you the most swole.
Just follow the workout. Stack it with a bulk meal plan. I gained 25 pounds and increased body fat by 1%. More than pleased. Jay is the man.
Amazing application that keeps me in-line and prevents me from plateauing out. The only adjustment that I did was that I repeat each "week" for three straight weeks. This allows me to perfect the workout to include writing down data. It is very motivating to see my progression on paper and prepare me even more for the next "week."
Love this. Been on this plan now for about 2 weeks and already noticing results. It is a lot of volume but totally worth it!!!!
I love this program plain and simple. I'm on week 2, and my muscles are already reacting to this different style of training. My favorite is Leg Day! Like... who likes Leg Day right!?! I KNOW!!! Definitely gives a good structure to a workout, I've used it many times and will continue to use it. The only downside that I just noticed is that the Jay Cutler workout doesn't seem to have a core workout. Hmm.
