I was overcharged and I’m having to go through my credit card company. I cannot talk, chat, or email anyone from skype or microsoft. There is literally zero customer service. App works ok but if you ever need help cause you have an issue just know that it’s never going to be there.

This continues to be a clear & reliable VOIP app for me - using my phone for calls overseas now for the past year. I have no complaints. The calls are clearest I have enjoyed over my Australian Mobile services calls.

Its a cool app for calling. You are able to share screen which is very interesting but the only issue is that it doesn’t share the sounds while sharing screen which is bothering. I hope they add the sounds too.

There’s a consistent bug where it says the other person is offline and you don’t receive messages or notifications about new messages. You have to keep clearing and refreshing the app. This is consistent across all platforms and has been an ongoing buy for literally years. I fail to understand how a multi-billion dollar company like Microsoft can’t correct this. I wouldn’t recommend this app or Skype in general to anyone

Every time I go to use Skype, my credits have been suspended. They say it is a security feature and that you can deactivate them, but they make it ridiculously difficult to deactivate them.

When ever I create an account for Skype and I get to the verification part it and I picked the correct one it says it’s completed but then I have to do it again like 40 times! So u should fix it right away! Please
