I appreciate the integration with Outlook and the ease of scheduling a conference call. The interface is a bit awkward to perform simple tasks.

The audio quality is poor. Calling a foreign landline is mostly impossible. The app does not hold the login credentials for long. Unfortunately I have to use it because it is set by my employer. All my coworkers are also highly disappointed with this tool. Even our customers ask not to use Skype and provide their webex dial in information.
