Frustrating for IMs

The iOS app for iPhones is really frustrating— whenever a coworker IMs while I’m away from my desk, I’ll get notified that I received an IM, but when I click on the notification, it takes me to an empty chat window rather than the message! So I have idea what they messaged to me. Which then leads to “Hi, I see you messaged me, but Skype won’t let me view your message. Could you resend it?” That’s annoying for everyone involved, and it happens almost every time. At least I can send out IMs from my phone without issues. Please fix this message receiving issue!!

Great for keeping on top of work while on the go. Some of the mechanics are less intuitive or not as similar to the PC based version as I expected.

Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. The fault may be partially my corporate IT, but at some point... Oh, and why can’t it meaningfully sync state across endpoints?
Messages don’t stay in the chat window

If you are not actively in the Skype for Business app and you get a message, you get a notification but when you go to the conversation, the message isn’t there. Very disappointing. This is unusable for me even for basic messaging.
Great functionality

Superb quality in calls, and great app overall. One comment is the organization of contacts. The contacts should be the main screen instead of the recent chats. (Disclaimer: I am a Microsoft employee)
