Apple Watch Version Please

Please add this app to the Apple Watch. Almost all streaming services are on it including your own recently purchased Pandora.

Just stops i listen at work all day and it just stops and yes I have full signal 5G app is terrible. Now it doesn’t work at all won’t load and tell me trying to connect junk app I can’t say it enough. Not sure y you ignore people and don’t fix a thing raw I ever see an update from you junk junk

This is a great way to go from listening in the car to listening in the house. It’s almost always in use either through an iPad or phone. My serious criticism is that there is no alarm feature. What would be a better wake-up call than Ozzy’s Boneyard?

For close to a year now, the app doesn’t properly update what each channel is playing. Once you load it and it gets the initial list of songs being played, it’s very obstinate at updating, sometimes going an hour or more without refreshing.

Two great features and one problem.

I love that I can start a program from the beginning while it’s still airing. For example, if a 3-hour program began at 9am, but I start listening at 10am, I can “restart” and listen from the beginning. This is a good thing and I really love that feature. Another great feature: “preemptive buffering”. As I’m listening to a program, the app pre-buffers as much of the data as my bandwidth allows. What this means is, if I lose internet access, the app will continue to play the program until the buffer runs out. To continue the example from above, let’s say it’s 10am, and I’ve started listening to the “replay” of a 3-hour program that began at 9am. As soon as I hit play, the app will start to download the full hour of program material as fast as it can. This means that if I lose internet access at 10:30am and get the internet back at 10:45am, the app will continue to play the buffered program, uninterrupted, the whole time. This is an invaluable useful feature for people who drive in remote areas with spotty internet, or people who - like me - ride the subway and *only have internet while in subway stations but not in the tunnels*. Great job!! Now the problem: For some reason I can’t understand, if I go back 15 seconds or forward 15 seconds, it flushes the buffer entirely. This means that if I’m in an area without internet - like in a subway tunnel - and i dare to skip forward or backward - i will have silence until internet comes back. Even worse, if I’m playing a replay or buffered show, and that show has ENDED for the day, I lose access to that show completely until the full replay is available eight or so hours later. PLEASE FIX THIS.

While listening, it stops playing fo no reason. The fast forward puts you in the MIDDLE of the next segment, not the beginning. Fox News has multiple, back-to-back advertisements for the channel YOU'RE ALREADY LISTENING TO! Stop selling what people already bought! You're wasting everyone's time! This thing is junk and whoever designed it needs to quit.

Randomly pauses and loses place

I listen daily as I’m working and I have to pause often to get tasks done. Then when I resume the playback after a few seconds the app pauses playback on its own, the play button “spins” like it’s buffering, and then it skips all the way up to live playback. This only started with the most recent IOS update. It’s made more annoying that I’m paying a subscription for this inconvenience. Fix it! Reviews here say this has been an issue for many people.

Horrible monopoly

They have a monopoly on satellite radio. I pay for full access, which gives you access to online streaming and app. I have not been able to do either for hours. Got passed around their tech and customer service for two hours. None could fix it. I am so spent on companies with monopolies like these folks, power companies etc screwing over their clientele.

Tbh I gave it a go for a deal but man is XM dope! I enjoy it when I’m on long drives and use my phone mainly for GPS. If you’re not a huge phone music person then I def recommend! COVID made it hard for me to pay the amount as I’m trying to manage my financial payments very tightly but once things are back to normal I will def get XM again! Highly recommend!
