I’ve been trying for over a week to cancel a subscription I didn’t even want. The lack of communication shows a true lack of competence and it’s ridiculous. I’ve received no answers to my feedback and absolutely zero help I can’t afford this stupid subscription and they won’t let me end it

Why doesn’t our money pay for a useable app? Since the 12/21 update, I select a channel or show and then get stuck on that screen because top of page is completely white and there are NO navigation options. To change my channel selection requires I completely close the app just to get to the Home Screen. PLEASE FIX this before I cancel.
Need to add 15/30 second skip

You guys need to add a 15/30 second skip feature to the playback. Sometimes you want to skip ahead on the shows that are hours long, and right now you can’t.
How do I change what is playing at startup?!?!

I would have given 5 stars, but not until I can do something to change what is playing when I first open the app. This only started a few months ago. And it is always some sports station that plays when I open the app, and I have literally NEVER listened to anything sports related on SiriusXM. Before this started happening, as long as it hadn’t been an extended amount of time since I last used app, it would automatically start wherever I left off. Soooooo, what’s the deal?!?! I wouldn’t mind something automatically playing, just as long as it is one of my saved stations or at least something similar. Very annoying…

i wanted to cancel my subscription and it took what felt like years with so many unnecessary steps and incompetent support team. very infuriating

Only complaint is app won’t interact with Siri. Need that function for truly hands free use.

Garbage!!!!!!!!This app has never worked despite having been a subscriber for years. There really is no excuse for the continued problems.
