let’s face it. sirius xm had a great thing at the start. but slowly and surely got worse over time. what happened to commercial free radio? really. you’re going to have hosts read commercials aggressively several times per show and call it commercial free radio. what a joke. stock is plummeting too. not a bad buy at $6 though hopefully Apple or someone will come and gobble it up and teach the company how to offer true value. for now, byeeeeeeee.

Add a editing feature to the pandora section of the app. I thumbed down a song,now I can not get the song back. The only way is to start the channel over from scratch. Please add a editing feature. I would prob subscribe to pandora if you had that feature. I know it’s available on the pandora app. But I am using SiriusXM. Not all of pandora feature are on this app. It makes no sense. Please fix.

I love my xm radio or should I say loved. Removing The Joint, the ONLY reggae music option besides the bob marley channel is bogus! I realize this channel is available if I want to pay more but that’s not an option for me at the moment. Nor do I feel like I should have to pay more to get the one channel I already had. Only one channel was designated to a variety of reggae artists and then you remove it to add another hip hop station. I like hip hop but I don’t need 5 stations that play the same hip hop songs. Please bring back The Joint! I want to keep my subscription to xm but once my time paid for is up, I’ll be switching to something that can support my variety in music.

Why isn’t this app available for use overseas? You have people who travel or vacation overseas and cannot use the app.

I’ve been unable to use this app for months. Support tells me that this is a glitch that is isolated to iPhone users and to wait for an update. Ugh.

My primary critique is that the app shuts down randomly. Rarely can I listen to it without it just closing. Very frustrating. Always been a problem. Been using the app for years.

I was a customer of XM RADIO for a long long time. I had several radios and use the app a lot. The other day we called to question the price increase and the representative cancel one of the radio subscriptions by mistake, however we still had about 30 days left on the contract. We called them back and they said that there is over a $100 reactivating fee. It wasn’t are fault that the XM representative cancel the radio service. They refused to cooperate since that was the main car radio that we listen too. So we decided to say GOODBYE XM RADIO. FYI every year there prices go up at XM Radio about $30 additional a year. XM has additional charges called “US music royalty fee”, “Invoice fee”, “a la carte channel fee” and etc ...

The app works great for streaming on your phone. However, customer service, especially over the phone is a real aggravation to deal with. There is also a problem if you have more than two phones connected; I wanted to have six devices and they were requiring me to have three separate accounts each with different user names and passwords.

While I loved the service, and had no problem paying for it, I am appalled at their recent actions. Morgan Wallen’s content was pulled while Marilyn Manson is played frequently. So apparently, a young, drunk country making a mistake is comparable somehow to someone that urinated on a Christian Bible, raped, tortured, and abused multiple women. So... I will not spend money on a service that demonstrates such a lack of moral compass.

CarPlay app has been completely abandoned by Sirius. It doesn’t work at all. Navigation doesn’t work and doesn’t sync favorites with the iOS app. Just remove the CarPlay app, Sirius. Does nothing but confuse people.
