Love the content but the app is stale

I love how Pandora offers Siri Shortcuts for my favorite stations and HomePod integration. It would be lovely if the Sirius app would follow suit. The content is great, as it has always been, but I will probably use the app less and less if it’s not as convenient as Apple’s Music app or Sirius’s Pandora app.

Customer service is Terrible

Angry at unauthorized charges.

I received a 3 month free trial when I purchased my new vehicle. I was never interested in keeping this feature on my vehicle. But in order to have the 3 months free, they required a credit card to keep on file. They assured me that there will be no charges on my credit card without my prior authorization. When the 3 month free trial expired in January 2021, I noticed a $26.70 charge on my credit card. I called to cancel and they only refunded $21.54. I called to ask why a partial amount. They told me that the reason was that I continue using the feature for six days after I canceled. This is impossible I was out of the country on vacation from January 1 through the 15th. I do not use my vehicle until January 20 so the claim that I use the radio from January 10 through the 16th is impossible since I was not physically here where I live and where my car is. To make matters worse, BBB I have been dealing with a virtual customer service representative over text. I do not recommend SiriusXM to anyone unless you don’t care about unauthorized charges on your credit card. if you want good music, there are many apps out there that you could get for free. I can listen to oldies and 80s music fir free on Heart Radio, including Studio 54 radio station and sports radio. I am very disappointed with the poor quality of customer service from SiriusXM. Keep in mind that this dispute is about $5.16, but the point is that they charge my credit card without my authorization.

Might be a great app. I wouldn’t know. Won’t let me get past the login/sign up anything. Continually just gives me an error that the password username has a problem. Thought I might sign up after the free trial but doesn’t seem worth it. Won’t pay money to be aggravated. Don’t even want aggravated for free.

SIRI voice support???

Why is there Alexa and Google Now voice command support but nothing for Siri??? Using SiriusXM in CarPlay is very dangerous without Siri support!!

We knew this was coming but no more barstool radio on Sirius so sad don’t think it’s worth it without it

App will not open

Purchased a 6-month subscription in December 2020 for IOS. Worked great until February 2, 2021. Now the app will not open. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling, turning iPhone off through a hard reset and restarting, but nothing helps. Linked to Alexa and plays when command is spoken, but cannot open the app alone to play through external speakers nor can I play through vehicle carplay. I cannot find any forum or troubleshooting conversation online that provides additional instructions for a fix.

Not a great app to use with CarPlay while driving. Lack of steering wheel controls to change stations, no Siri support, and very dangerous to navigate using the touch screen while driving. In no way is this better or in my opinion a decent alternative to having a SiriusXM equipped car. I just wish my car dealer was more upfront with me :(
