Bugs constantly

App constantly crashes. The go live button disappears. All help desk says is to reinstall the app. Did that several times and still nothing. Won’t be renewing my subscription!

Ok so I really like this app but there is one thing I really hate. When I press the go live button it take 1-2 minutes and sometimes I’m in a hurry to not talk to people and I just want to listen to music. It’s a good app for what I think. But then again why all the hate I really like it and there is barely anything wrong with this app? EDIT: So when I play music and I’m gone for a few minutes it has the song title and album cover still on there and it play a new song. And people keep saying no landscape mode and I want landscape mode. So please fix that. But other than that there’s nothing wrong. Why all the hate?????

Shows loading forever. Try the other way to “get login” and just returns to the same page. ????


Doesn’t Work 90% Time

Running an iPhone 12 Pro on the latest iOS upgrade and this app doesn’t load 90% of the time. When it does load it takes 2-3 minutes and then it lags and glitches. DON’T PAY Sirius for a streaming service if you plan on using this app to stream.

Crashes and buffers frequently. App is generally laggy and unreliable. I'm guessing the app is really an afterthought cause they want you on a single device subscription model.


Hard to review an app that I can’t use

I’ve been beating my head against the wall trying to login to this. I went to the internet for advice and found a message thread from 6 years ago outlining the exact same problem I have now. Get it together.


Does not work!

Tried to uses this app to listen to my two xm platinum subscriptions but when I try to log in the last 3 was I get “sorry we have experienced a technical issue”.

Love this app, but why does it keep removing some of my favorites, to the point that I have to keep re-booting my phone?


THE APP IS BROKEN

The ju review

The app is broken. Shows will not load and play, and you can’t download show episodes. The search option is also broken and won’t find channels or shows that should be there.

Random buzz every 5 seconds on this app none of my other Apple TV apps do this including Spotify. I have changed HDMI cables.
