Contacts are not like they used to be

Low quality contacts! If you open them they already tore up or wear them once and that's it. Really low quality. Very dissapointed. I really do not know if they changed manufacturer or not but when I first ordered a year ago the quality was great. I don't know what happened.

I used this app when it first became available two years ago. Everything went so smooth and quick I knew I’d use them again. The app has changed and it’s VERY glitchy. During the exam I backed up until the app said I was 10 feet away. Days later I get a text saying I was too close and I need to take the test again. So I did. The app tells me I am 10 feet away and I submit it, only to be texted again that I was too close. I have now taken and submitted the test for a third time and am waiting to see if it’s approved. I have a measuring tape on hand to ensure I have been at the correct distance. Will take my business elsewhere in the future. This has been a hassle.

I paid my $100 dollars for contacts and have to retake the “test” 6 times now because they can’t get it together. I’m extremely irritated with this and should have just gone to a doctor. I would have had my contacts by now but it’s been days of this joke and I’m out the $100 I would have spent on contacts. To give you an idea of how this “amazing” service works..... I had to use my computer. The app doesn’t work. Then during the test, “please stand back 10 feet...” okay so I stand back 10’. Then “cover your right eye”. Simple enough I think, but no. “Please keep your whole face visible”. Now please someone explain to me how YOU KEEP YOUR WHOLE FACE VISIBLE WHILE COVERING AN EYE!?!?!?!? I even tried using just two fingers and got the same message. After all this BS I’m going to a REAL doctor and demanding a refund. Garbage service.

So disappointed as I wanted to love this app. It didn’t work at all! I went through the eye exam 4 times and it would never allow me to submit it, I honestly could have just gone to the eye dr in the amount of time it took me to mess with this app. It was a mess.

Was nice like a year ago , but now prices are growing up like crazy with every new order ! And there's none promo codes for current customers.. thinking to switch for some other service

They text you live order updates just like seamless but you can text back and a real live human (who works there) will respond.
