Low quality contacts! If you open them they already tore up or wear them once and that's it. Really low quality. Very dissapointed.

I ordered my contacts over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping and still have not received them. This company has not responded to any of my emails either. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible. Do not use.
Do not buy from this company.

Customers service takes days to respond back to you. This company is a joke and save yourself sometime don’t buy their products.

Terrible customer support- will take days to reach you, if at all. The chat button on the website is fake, it’ll only tell you they’re busy and it’s gonna go to email. They will take your money. Never got the prescription they charged me for. Service told me it was from a technical error a week ago, no reply since. I just want a refund and to be done with this. Contacts here are very expensive compared to other places, and 1800contacts even does the test+prescription for free. Wish I knew about it before. Don’t waste your time. Are any of the positive reviews here real? They’re all weirdly cookie-cutter and salesy

I’m super impressed. After hearing about them on multiple podcasts I listen to and then realizing I had 5 contacts left (aka 5 days left until I had to wear my dreaded glasses...dun dun dun!!!!!!) I used the app. Took a little bit of time to figure out the best place to stand and I think I was more than 10 ft. away but whatever. I took the test, found my contacts and paid for overnight shipping (bc I hate my glasses!). This was about 3pm on a Thursday. By noon on Friday I had my box of contacts! So impressed by the quick turnaround time and everything! Will definitely be using them again.

If you know your Prescription (mine has been the same for ten years) then it's so easy! We move a lot and always have to re establish a new eye doctor but this makes it so I don't have to pay for an eye exam if my RX has expired. I hope this app is around forever!
