Generally good but . . .

I am more than happy that this resource exists! It was generally easy to place a contacts order, but there were glitches such as trying to order on the web page (vs the app—app way better), sending my Rx (pic wouldn’t upload), otherwise successful with good pricing and free shipping. Just places the order so hopefully smooth sailing from here on!
Needs to lock down the shipping side

Botched the only two orders I placed. The second order was supposed to be a redemption for the first. Not only did my overnight package not arrive overnight as promised. It was sent out standard. Screwed opening day of deer season for me. They offered to resend another package overnight to arrive Monday. Wouldn’t even buck up for a Say delivery. Don’t order from them if you need by a certain date. You cannot depend on delivery

What a massive waste of time! 10 days after I placed my order and still no contacts. Had to cancel it today. Ordered my contacts on Thursday, Nov 8th and was told that I need to take an online renewal test. I did it on Friday, after following up on Monday I was told that something went wrong in the system and they just sent the test to the doctor. On Tuesday I had to re-take my eye redness test (twice due to another set of technical difficulties; FYI I’m based the Bay Area with a strong WiFi connection). No update for days... Followed up again on Friday morning.... they apologized but the doctor is not responding. Bottom line - great idea but poor execution. I won’t be buying from Simple Contacts again.

Great app. Extremely convenient and they keep you updated on the status of your order and prescription renewal every step of the way. I ran out of contacts on a Sunday with an expired prescription and was able to renew and have them dropped at my doorstep by Tuesday morning.. and all from an app. These will definitely be the people I look to for getting my contacts between visits to the optometrist.

I like how easy it is to order the product I want. They do all the work for you, all you have to do is pay! They’ll even contact your doctor for a prescription. When it’s time to reorder you just have to open the app and hit submit. Very easy to use and always fast shipping. Thanks for helping me see!!

This is second times using Simple contacts! They have been accurate every time! I see my eye doctor regularly! Using and comparing Simple Eye contacts proves to me in my situation that it’s cool! Proper eye exams may I add again should be done regularly! This right now helps this busy mom! Thank you Simple Contacts! ?

I never take exams online because my prescription is so horrible and I prefer to go to the doctor. My insurance also recently expired so I’ve been ordering contacts from 1 800 contacts. Ordering from the app of 1 800 contacts is very very very annoying and I was just looking for something much faster and much simpler, much smoother and this was everything I wanted. It seriously took me no more than five minutes to already have placed an order I also got a discount and it was cheaper as well as free shipping compared to 1 800 contacts & hopefully it stays that way.
