Signal helps me to feel free and secure to communicate and send pictures and links to a person who I’m in always talking to to share and trust. I feel safe to say whatever I want to tell. I trust my messages are protected and remain and stay private. It is easy to use and I like to know that aIvcould see what time they are sent and read. The disappearing messages feature helps.

I moved back to iOS from a galaxy note where signal was my default messenger and loved how smooth and seamless the transition was. But I immediately noticed the lack of custom sounds in the app. Is it possible to allow signal to use the system notification sound for messages or, even better, to allow us to pick custom notification sounds based on the sounds already on the system which would include purchased notification sounds? This is the one only thing keeping this app from being 5 stars for me.

I like the concept of the iOS version but it doesn’t seem practical. I want the whole text messenger version on android but on iOS.
