Can’t get it to work

Can’t turn the background refresh on. I’ve tried reinstalling several times. Not good
Speed data is incorrect

Every single time I drive to work it dings me for speeding on the road I take every day. I’ve even gone 5-10mph under the speed limit and it still marks me as speeding regardless. So my score is affected for something I’m not doing, because they have their data wrong.

It tracks what it should distracted driving but fails on one of the most important parts, using your phone. If you use apple car play or even Bluetooth to accept or make a call you are deducted drastic points for using your phone as if you were driving with one hand and texting and driving. Serious flaw that affects my score and very displeased. Tracks speeding and braking well. Punished for driving too early or late at night and even when driving in rush hour. So I’m not sure when I can drive without my score going down. Can be a great app if farmers put some effort and fixed the hands free feature.

The app as introduced showed each driver's distracted driving score....perfect for monitoring the kids' driving. They removed that function on recent update!! So an app introduced to monitor distracted driving drops the very function it was designed to perform! Dumb!
Bring back the leader board!!!

It was a great feature to have a friendly competition of who the best driver was in the household. It was also a great tool to monitor your teenage driver during the day of how they were driving. Now you can’t see how your child is driving until after they are home and you have to look on their phone. Please bring it back because that was the whole purpose for most users besides the discount.

This is a real eye opener. Seeing how my driving stacks up to other drivers gives me good perspective, and gives me information to help me modify my habits over time. Great App!

This is awesome. Just having the app installed on my phone, helps me to remember that texting and talking while driving can be dangerous
