Worthless on iPhone or iPad

Once upon a time this worked splendidly. Then came iOS and app updates and boom! Only works on my AppleTV now and NOT on iPhone or iPad. App Support wants to blame Comcast and DirectTV and afternoon three weeks apparently gave up on a resolution by saying they passed it over to some tech guys.

Showtime unavailable for part of my subscription

I enjoyed the programs but I lost at least 10 days worth of my subscription due to error message “ showtime is unavailable “. Showtime Customer support did not help me at all. I asked to get a partial refund and I was told to report it to Apple. All of my other streaming services work fine. App would not work on fire stick, iPhone , or Apple TV .

I have previous bad experiences with Showtime. A year ago they were charging me for 2 accounts with the same email. Never refunded the money. Now, after Shameless was over, I cancelled the service and yesterday found out that they were still billing my card.

App does not return one reliably to where left off and what episode is being watched cannot be pulled up without exiting leaving watcher back in the soup of location ignorance. Must be an easy fix!

A screenshot on this app page says “Every Series. Entire Seasons.” FALSE. According to a Chat representative at Showtime, some shows are discontinued and not available. Too bad I didn’t find out until it cost me. After clicking on a link in the app that said “Start Your 7-Day Free Trial,” I searched for the Showtime original I hoped to watch and got “No Matches.” I immediately went to cancel and found out I was billed $10.99! Supposedly, someone is supposed to be reviewing the “Every Series” claim and how they will resolve my issue. Waiting for that response.

I have been very aggravated with this app over the last 6 months that I am ready to unsubscribe and delete it. While I am watching a show that I have downloaded, the video will skip around and then close. I have to completely close the app and then reopen it. It will be fine for a few mins then it does it again. I am about done!

Showtime app can’t connect to Showtime. I reported the issue only to have it escalated to the tech team, then nobody reached out for 15 days to ask if it was working yet. I checked and it was at the moment, fast forward another two weeks and I go to watch boxing. Same issue, they said they will have the tech team get back to me. I cancelled
