Cast button never there

When the button to cast the stream to a device actually appears, I have few complaints about the app. But after closing the app, restarting my phone, restarting my google chromcast, and uninstalling then reinstalling the app, and I’m still unable to cast, I’m near the point of canceling my service. I wanna watch the content on my tv, not on my phone. Why doesn’t the cast button show up when I open the app???

The streaming platform could use work(more features). Netflix and YouTube are much better. In particularly.. the fact that you can’t skip ahead(fast forward) without dragging the bar at the bottom is particularly annoying!! Sometimes I just want to skip the bs and get on with the story.

App won't stay open. Have deleted and re downloaded several times, can't even watch through safari on my iPad cause it wants me to use the app. WHICH DOESNT WORK
Worst Streaming App I Have

Definitely disappointed in this app. I recently downloaded it to watch The L Word: Generation Q and immediately realized I can’t even connect to my Chromecast through my iOS device, only my LG tablet. As if that’s not bad enough, it doesn’t even allow me to connect most times. It continued to say that there’s “an error connecting to device”, super inconvenient. I ended up having to watch the show on my tablet at home smh. The layout is very poorly created and there’s so many steps just to play a certain episode of a show. It doesn’t resume where I left off I have to manually guess where I need to start watching again. All in all, after this show is over I’m deleting/unsubscribing.
