Can't open it

Every time I open the app it just tells me I can't connect because of my internet connection, but it's not me. I can use HBO, Netflix, and every other app on my phone but this just doesn't work

Sound is horrific and can't use cellular data

The sound for this app is so heinous. It's the only app I have to turn the volume all the way up on. Also, the app crashes frequently. Right now I'm also having a problem using my cellular data to watch the app. I have unlimited data and have been watching a lot on my phone of HBO, Netflix etc. using my LTE connection. This is the only app that shows an error message constantly telling me there is no internet connection. It makes me so mad because if I'm paying monthly for an app, it should work properly. I understand if the app is overloaded it may sometimes lag or crash. But this is too much and too frequent. Please fix this!!

The sound quality is atrocious. I have a 30-trial and the app has been down all day. I don't think I'll be renewing. How can a company this big have such a poor app?

App doesn't work!

When I open the app, it opens to a Showtime page that says "can not connect to the Internet, check connection." My connection is working perfectly. When I click the above "App Support" button, I get a blank page that says "Geo denied CA". It's has been an unstable app that has now completely stopped working.

Recently our Showtime app stopped working on all our devices ( iPad, Apple TV, smart phone) while at home. The problem (after hours on our part) appears to be whatever site Showtime is using to determine our IP address needs updating. We can't even access their live chat help desk. We have emailed their customer services at least 10 times and it still not working! They have offered no valid help to rectify problem.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have contacted Showtime and Apple regarding this crappy app. Used to work then suddenly stopped working maybe 2-3 weeks now. Called Showtime (poor support don't call you back), and Apple since I have Apple products. Everyone is stumped can't figure it out. When I attempt to launch on Apple TV - not available now try again later, Apple iPad and iPhone - not able to connect to the Internet. All my other apps work and Internet connection is fine. Guess the developers don't give a rats as# because there are many reviews describing the same issue and no one seems to be doing anything about it?

Frustrating app

The Showtime app crashed almost every time I tried to pause the show I was watching. When I pressed "resume", it often picked up at a much earlier place in the show. Also, there was no way to play the next episode without having to return to the main show menu. One of the poorest and least user-friendly apps I've encountered thus far.

Looking to a good streaming app

I signed up for the 30 day free trial. So few current movies. Maybe one new released movie Once the 30 days are up going to keep looking because this would be a waste of money. Of the 3 streaming sites I've tried this one has the worst selection. App works ok have to restart from time to time on the whole app is ok. It's the movies and shows that are garbage

Just installed and I have a new iPhone and all apps are up to date and I still can't view anything even though I signed up... CRAP!

App won't connect to the tv with hdmi on ur iPhone or iPad. Wish I could give a zero star.
