If you bounce back n forth from app on firestick to app on phone to view series it does not pick up where you left off from one to the other. Netflix does, Amazon does. Not sure about Disney but im sure they do too. This would be my only complaint.

The only reason I downloaded this app and also subscribe is because I want to see “The L word” generation Q, and I’ll say I don’t take back a single decision.????best show in my life rn. I love it!!!
Can’t use app

Downloaded the app started the free trial and now it won’t let me click on anything to watch. Only thing I can click on is the settings and the option to start the free trial. When I click on the free trial it just tells me I already subscribed. Completely frustrating and a waste of time and pointless as it’s taking up days of my free trial that I can’t even use it to watch anything what’s the point.
Needs to give back people money

So I canceled my subscription and I was still charged. I emailed them and they told me oh we are sorry to see you go, but refunds are non refundable. Like what the crap if I cancel then you guys should’ve even take the money out of my hard earned money!!! That POSSES ME OFF HIGHLY AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO SHOWTIMES
