I downloaded on an android device and every 10 seconds it stops and says an error occurred while attempting to play this title. This happened while watching live TV ?

Frustrated. Seems to not support iPhone X, I log in and can’t go anywhere from that screen. Get with it showtime everyone else can. And why does there need to be two separate apps for tv vs member login it should all be on one... but once I select free trial it’s fine so iPhone X is supported you just want to take more $. Cool.

Can someone work on fixing the apple tv issue when need to activate the showtime every now and then with tv provider. its very frustrating and annoying.

Movie list is a joke

What is it with Showtime and their movie list? Everytime I go on Showtime their movie list seem to be out dated and never heard of. All the titles it has are either B-movies, old movies or movies that have never been heard of. Never have I seen current releases that people have heard of and played in the theaters in the last 6 month or a year. All the movies on Showtime are not worth watching. If you are only concentrating on shows and sports then drop the movies because those movie lists are a joke and it need an update.

Showtime really has some top- ouch shows - Homeland, The. Chi and Ray Donovan to name a few.

Can’t rotate it in landscape??

Going to stop watching if you can’t fix the fact the phone can’t be rotated when in landscape. Anyone that has a iPhone case with a kick stand can’t prop phone up, as the screen is upside down. Do you expect us to prop it up with something else as it can’t rotate? Come on guys. From one software engineer to another, this is truly programming 101. Not something from a multi million dollar Corporarion with a large IT staff.

When using the app on my iPad and wanting to transfer the audio to my HomePod, I lose the video on the iPad screen. The audio does transfer to the HomePod. Please check this bug or let me know how to keep the video on the iPad and have the audio on the HomePod
