I wish if there's a 0 star to rate this odd app! I wanted to track my shipment, after fulling all requirements still can not reach any details! Simply a waste of time and internet!

The worst and bad service in the world , they are keep me waiting for 9 hours for shipping the drivers bad and the service is awful, don't ever make any deal with them . Zero star

Worst service ever they are literally thieves, you order for one shipment and they will definitely divide it into two packages so they get as much money as they can for the delivery payment. You will pay for delivery more than the item itself. Don’t ship with Aramex it’s the worst

Can’t rely on this app

I think you should shut down this app and direct people to the website. The last time I saw the tracking information of an incoming package in the app was more than 4 months ago.

I have been using S&S for years and it's been great, recently I downloaded the app on my new iPhone with the latest OS. Unfortunately the app crashes Everytime i log in so it's basically useless to me. Last update was 5 months ago and no communication exists from their side on when this crash will be resolved.

There are less functions available compared to the website. One important thing is giving the user the possibility to hide the delivered shipment because the app take a week or so until it got disappeared taking into consideration that sometime the user deals with multiple shipments and keeping the delivered ones would make it difficult to follow the remain ones.
