If you are really an online shopper then trust me you will live nightmare with Aramex! You will be frustrated and disappointed and angry from what about your going to experience with them !! You will be sorry and regret the moment you shipped your items with them ! I am here writing to you my brief experience without getting into the details of what happened because it’s a long story and process I have taken just to get my packages but unfortunately without hope ! You will not just regret or frustrated! You will live horror once you shopped with more than thousand dollars and you get nothing but an emails that notifies you that your case been closed !! You can’t do anything no one will help you and you have to accept what they will tell you in the emails! You can’t even call them because they will keep transferring you from one to another until you just disconnected!! Imagine this situation and then you will realize what I mean exactly by letting you live in a nightmare !!

At first, I thought all the reviews were just people making a big deal over nothing. I sent one package to shop and ship, they were good. Everything was nice and smooth. But the second time I sent a package, they contacted me telling me they couldn’t ship it to the UAE. I told them that it was fine and I would send them my USA address. They said I had to pay $20 US for the shipping, and I asked them to give me their bank details so I could transfer. I HAVEN’T BEEN GIVEN ANY RESPONSE FOR LITERALLY 5 WEEKS.. I KEEP ASKING AND ASKING… THERE ARE A LOT OF ALTERNATIVES DO NOT USE SHOP & SHIP!

So far I have had 3 separate shipments delivered on time and with reasonable shipping costs. I have been shipping items from the US purchased off of Amazon and shipped to my address in Amman Jordan. So far communication has been good, and the items have been delivered on time. I have only ever purchased items in $100 and so far have not had any large customs fees. Just the standard 5JOD fee per package (not per item). So far, it’s been a good experience and I recommend their services.

The worst experience with them tow time delayed and the last time I submitted many claims and I called many time no responses and no respecting form then I’m not recommended at all

Wrote another review and ranted about the crappy customer service. The app itself is functional, but buggy. Right now I’ve had to delete and reinstall (not for the first time) because no info would load when I opened the app or tried to refresh. My package history was just blank. Sometimes randomly the “pay here” button just doesn’t work and I have to pay through the website.
The app is crashing at sign in page

Really fast service, a tad expensive

When I buy something online I get it 2-3 weeks which is incredibly fast!! They are a bit expensive but worth it

بعض الشحنات تضيع وبعضها يتاخر فوق ال ١٥ يوم على وعودهم الخالية .. للاسف احنا مضطرين نستخدم خدماتهم الحثالة لانهم الوحيدين حاليا الا اذا فيه شيء مشابه واضح نغير عليها مباشرة وانا متاكد انها راح تفشل قريبا ..
