The application stopped working since almost a year now, every time I check l, I just doesn’t work it’s full of bugs, how am I supposed to check and track my shipments???!!! Very disappointed!!!

I have packages that were received at shop & ship NY facility. The supposed improved app doesn’t show them at all, doesn’t tell me they have received it nor it gives me the option to pay for it prior to delivery. Please do yourselves a favor and go back to the old version which allowed us to monitor all of the above. Disaster! Just for the record this is not your competition this is an unhappy customer

App doesnt allow me to change my address, parcel keeps on getting delivered to AKG locker even if I’ve moved location 3 years ago and repeatedly kept on asking them to change my delivery address, hence parcel receipt is further delayed for another one week or so.
Could not authenticate user.. again and again!!

It gets really annoying when you have to login every time you want access the app. And when you do login its full of bugs, and works rarely. Really poor app. Maybe if they hired pros to create this app, they would end up with an app which actually is useful. Shame on you aramex to provide such a user friendly product. This app is almost as bad as their customer service team.

I have to log in every time which is inconvenient. It keeps crashing In general I wouldn’t recommend downloading it.
Addresses not loading

After the last revision 3.1.0 the application is not working. Addresses always failed to be started And I cannot use the application
