The app at times will randomly not work so that’s why u gave it three stars. There’s a limited time you can pay the amount. If your package has reached the country of destination you can no longer pay online and will have to pay upon delivery or in store which I find a little annoying. I haven’t had any issues with the service itself and customer service has always been helpful when I’ve called.

No ability to get customer support or raise a compliance on the app. Thats says it all. You will get your shipment when we decide to get it to you.

I’ve been using the app few years but recently it opens fine but keeps crashing and not showing my address..... FIX IT PLEASE

You’re shipment will be 3-4 months delayed and nobody will answer the phone. They became too big for their good. It’s basically fraud.

Read my review carefully! Five stars for being the worst service ever ! They lost 670$ shipments! No one is replying to my complaint! If you are ready to lose your money go ahead and try it ! Join the loser group!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I HAVE THREE ITEMS LOST, ONE OF THESE WORTH £1599,99. BAHRAIN WILL NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE AND THE UK OFFERED TO HELP BUT DIDN’T HAPPEN.
