Its a good app. But suddenly, my packages stopped appearing on my app, please help fix this.

So disappointed that even with all these negative reviews the problems still proceed, as in to say we don’t care to improve and we will not listen to customers. It’s been a month since I subbed and I had an issue with their American address from day 1 as in amazon wind accept it. Calling Aramex won’t help cuz they just tell u to email the shop and ship customer service, and til this day they haven’t replied to my emails, I literally had to figure out a solution on my own from previous users over the internet. Also the app. never worked for me even tho I have 7 shipments coming in, it shows you have 0 shipments. One more thing is THEY PURPOSEFULLY split your shipments to charge you more for it, like I literally received 5 shipments same day but for some reason they were all shipped separately! At the same time! Like u want me to believe you are sending 5 different planes at the same time for the same designation?! Stop being money hungry and try to do better ... just try. & that comment with the 5 stars claiming we are the competition was definite added by Aramex themselves
Pending Shipments not displaying

Ever since the new iOS update 13.3.1 came out, the app does not show the pending shipments even after logging in and out several times and repeated re-installations. Is the developer plan to release a workable app or just let it slide, as their customer service to a great extent, is just pathetic.
I can’t see my packages

When I open the Packages tab, I don’t see anything and it says “no incoming packages” although I’m sure I have several packages bc I received emails and SMS from you informing me about the new packages.
