Cannot use Apple Pay nor major credit cards

I have been trying to use Chase Pay and Apple Pay with this app for the last several months but the app does not successfully process the transaction successfully. I get a declined message every time no matter which payment method I choose (even Apple Pay). I reached out to support and have been trying to get this resolved since July 19’ and today it’s still not resolved as of December 19’. Support is slow to respond (days/weeks between communications) and asks repetitive questions. For months of having this issue and I’m fed up. An example of a good mobile gas app would be Exxon.
Non-Shell branded cards not accepted

On iPhone 8 iOS 13.1.3 the issue has not been resolved and I cannot add any credit cards other than Shell branded cards or ApplePay. Please fix! Love the app otherwise but these bugs are annoying. Additionally not showing the number of cents off per gallon I get based on my Fuel Rewards account.

I have been using this app for a very long time. Earlier they used to have limited payment options and recently they have incorporated apple pay into the app. Which I have been asking for a long time. Never had to worry about filling even at the times, when I leave my wallet at my home. Once again thank you shell.

I was in shell and wanna buy some drinks while I am pumping gas, when I am at the cashier show them the QR code, the staff said they don’t accept Shell pay and I told them it is from Shell official app, they said they know but they don’t accept! WTH is that Shell created an app for payment which Shell is not accepted itself? What is the purpose for the app?
Can not add debit card

This app was great until it quit accepting my debit card for payment. I don’t want to use a Shell credit card or ApplePay. Please add the ability to add my debit card back.

I love being able to use Apple Pay at any shell pump. I know longer have to worry about card skimmers. I do wish the app offered 2 factor authentication, though.
Issues all over the country

Too often it doesn't work for whatever reason (pump in use, some obscure error), and on third trial on the next station says transaction limit reached. Waste of time
30 cents off like they promised

The ONLY reason I applied for this card is so, I can get the 30 cents of like the promised. I went to 3 different gas station and it only say 10 cents of it. If I would of known that I would have stayed with the other card not this card.
