Useless and slow. Takes forever to locate the pump I’m sitting at and having to use a separate app for a discount, is dumb, and considering they don’t work together is mind boggling. The EXXON app is the epitome of fuel app excellence.

So disappointing App does not remember anything entered (e.g, Rewards number or log in information) plus it doesn’t recognize a Shell station WHEN YOU ARE PARKED AT A PUMP!! Tried again this morning and finally tried using Maps which told me “you’ve arrived.” I give up
Limits You to 20 Gallons Only

This app limits you to filling up using only 20 gallons. Piece of junk.

Terrible app. take forever to load at gas station. The app has many bugs. Fuel rewards balance disappeared occasionally. always get stuck when trying to pay.
The extra 5c discount was never applied!

I have been enjoying the 4 fuel-ups for an extra 5c discount. It has stopped working since month ago. I reached out to Shell, and they asked me to reach out to Fuel Rewards. I reached out to Fuel Rewards, and they asked me to reach out to Shell. It's probably just a bug in the software, and neither party is willing to fix it. What a terrible experience!

I actually love this app, BUT (and its a big but) it is so slow! Half the time I can’t even use it because it takes so long to load that I get sick of waiting. I end up just swiping my card. I prefer to use the app, but don’t have the patience. So frustrating.
It would be helpful if it worked -UPDATE

Two different stations. Same results. App can’t locate where I am. Brilliant. I’ll stick to the Mobil app. 1/21/20 - Update. App still useless. Won’t allow payment at the pump, so what’s the point?
