Extremely Slow and No longer access major credit cards

This app used to be great, but now it runs very very slow, upwards of 30 seconds to sign in and 10 seconds to launch. Also, you can no longer enter Visa, MC as payment methods, only Shell and Apple Pay.

App requires you to enter your email and password each time instead of allowing for fingerprint or facial recognition. Very out of date and cumbersome.
Doesn’t get cash prices at the pump

I normally use shell gift cards to get cash prices at the pump which is 10 cent per gallon saving in the NY/CT area. I used the app and got the credit card price. This app is a delete for me. Suggestion you should get the cash price for using the app, that would make it a 5 star app.

Almost never loads every single time I try to use it. I spent 10 minutes trying to pay through the app last only to give up, pay in cash, and miss out on 35¢ extra per gallon. Never using again.
Chase Pay - Set up Problem

They run a promotion via email - earn 50c/gallon when you fill up using Chase Pay in the Shell app. However I can’t even load the page to connect Chase Pay.

So I downloaded the app and it states that you will receive 25 cents off. Well of Shell does not hold true because when confronted via email they want screenshots of the very info that is found right on Shell’s own site. Never mind the fact that they do not give you your rewards promptly. Definitely uninstalling this app.
