Tried scanning my vaccine card. The app froze up when asked to allow access to my phone’s camera. Tried closing and reopening the app to no avail.

Can no longer log in

I have enjoyed this app for years but all of a sudden I cannot log in through the app. It says log in error. I have to use a computer to access my accounts. Please fix!!!!

I had to turn off my phone. When I turned it back on, the app lost my facial recognition. I lost my password so I went to use my code to reopen. I had copied the code exactly as it was displayed to get in when password is forgotten. The way the my code was displayed in the app does not fit into the reset password section. Code and reset set up totally different so I cannot not access my passwords. The reset gives you two lines of 3 sections each. My code is 4 lines of 3 sections each. Customer service is a waste as to explaining why my code, as it was exactly displayed, does not fit into their predesigned set up. Could not tell me how to use my code to get back in. Would never recommend this app. I lost all my passwords and followed their directions exactly. Extremely aggravated. I cannot stress how bad this app is written. The recover system is totally flawed!

I just upgraded to a 13 pro max and the face login isn’t working. It said to add the password and “activate facial recognition” but I’ve tried that half a dozen times, I’ve been through settings and FAQs, I see no where to activate it. The FAQs include an answer about fingerprint access not working but the answer is not in English. I’ve loved this app for 10 years and hope this gets resolved.

I have had Secure Safe for a very long time and I’m absolutely thrilled with this program. It’s safe and secure which gives me the security I need for all my passwords. I highly recommend Secure Safe it’s a couple of key steps away when I have forgotten a password.
