This is the most vital app I have! I work in the medical education field and tell all my new interns (and others I meet!) to download it. Saves lots of frustration in forgotten passwords!

Not Syncing Across Devices

The app isn't syncing my passwords across all my devices. I noticed today the one of my passwords is the same on my Mac& iPad but different on my iPhone. How’s this any better than using my own system of encoding them in a notebook? That’s what i was doing before getting fooled into believing SecureSafe was a good solution. There other password vaults out there. Maybe it’s time to change.

I still receive an error message when I try to log in and now I can’t access my passwords after the update sent on 08/19/2021. I’ve had to change several passwords because of this. Secure Safe staff and developers, PLEASE send an update.

I was very leery about putting passwords on my phone. With all the hacking going on it didn't seem wise. But I couldn't remember all my passwords and couldn't carry a little book around, and I definitely don't trust other security keychains. A friend told me about Secure Safe. He is a businessman who owns his own business. I trust he knows what he's talking about. Still it took me a couple years for me to get the courage to try it. So far it's been great. But I still worry that someday I may get an email with bad news. I'm much more confident than I've ever been with other keychains. I like having Secure Safe at my fingertips, even if my fingers are crossed. I use it a lot.

Reinstall problems

I am trying to reinstall secure safe on my PC & have tried several times. It is asking for a SMS code but none being sent to me so I can not proceed
