Cannot restore password

Starbella09

I have the backup codes but they are not accepted. I have the iPhone 11 and the app is saying “too many Face ID login attempts, please try again later”. Too many issues with this app, not worth the time.

Once was a good app!!

I’ve used this app for years between IOS and Android. The last 6 months this app has been horrible. Face ID doesn’t work and when I login it just says error. I’m writing a review because I’m now searching for a new password manager.

Absolutely the most life saving app invented thus far.

Frustrating

This app doesn’t allow me any time at all to enter a new password. It comes up with the message that I’ve “timed out” before I can get any info entered.

Do NOT Upgrade!!

rsumera

Upgrades do NOT work. Basic was fine, but limited. Upgraded to PRO at $18 per year and got locked out. Rip off app. Do not upgrade

What happened?

Was a great password manager but recently it takes forever to load. It will not load when my device is operating on my home WiFi. I can access off line but that means I can’t access documents or stored email or edit passwords.

Frustrating

xyz2018!

I’m trying to put accounts and it keeps timing out while I’m typing

I don’t trust these people

mynicknamewasstolen!!!

They didn’t include the “in app purchases” in the description page in the App Store, then I discover there’s a subscription, that they won’t tell you about until after you go through all the trouble of signing up (but it is mentioned in the FAQ, even though they still refuse to include the cost). Do they think we’re going to go through all the trouble of signing up, then think, “oh, what the heck; I went through all the trouble! I’ll just pay the enormous costs every week! Saves me from going out and buying a 98 cent notebook!” If they are going to be that sneaky about the in-app purchase costs, I wouldn’t doubt for a second that they could access your information once you write it in. No thank you. The 98 cent notebook would be much better, I don’t have to pay a monthly, and nobody can access it. Read the FAQ. There are no Qs or As about security. Shouldn’t there be one that asks, “How do I know you aren’t sneaking into our apps and accessing our passwords to get into our important accounts?” Or “How can I be sure my information is secure?” Nope. I don’t trust them.

Outstanding

I used almost all cloud services available. At least I tested them all for a while. This includes the big names, other end-to-end encrypted services as well as cold storage providers. I also played around with third party apps to do own Encryption. After a while I found out that for real sensitive files I do not need tons of TB. This app and also the windows version is just so good. You can even customize which folder will be synced to which folder in the cloud. It is super fast and on top you get a password manager as s nice extra. I could not be happier. I still use another cloud for collaboration but the sensitive stuff is in SecureSafe. You can’t go wrong believe me. I
