Ive been using this app for over a year, I just paid for more storage as i went over my free slots. This app has been exactly what I needed, i love that i can have this on all my devices and even web into it on my mac. I just started using face recognition and it works great. I have had some issues with auto fill but i haven't had the time to look into the issue. I wanted something to store my passwords and some docs and that what it does. ?

Have been using this for years. Even with the years long issues with the ridiculously lengthy signing in time needed to get to your passwords...I hung on. Have been slowly migrating to other apps during the pandemic as SecureSafe seems to be a slowly burning dumpster fire.... Now with this update I can no longer log in online.....WHICH MAKES THE APP POINTLESS FOR PASSWORD SAVING. Give DashLane or DataVault a try. They have things like Logins and connecting to the internet solved. And aesthetically exponentially more pleasing than the archaic bland spreadsheet that is SecureSafe. And they also have significantly more functionality with iOS and Siri. Sorry SecureSafe. I gave you guys a good run. It’s 2021. You can not internet. ??♂️

App will not open any passwords. Just gives an error. “An error has occurred. Please try again”. Have tried reinstalling app, updating app, deleting app. NOTHING!

Used this app for three years. Recently deleted because it would not let me in the vault more than 50% of the time or would crash when only using cellular signal, right when I needed it the most.

So far today, I’ve found 2 passwords missing since this update? What did you do? I had to go them up on your website, and I am not looking forward to checking every single one.

Awesome to have but needs to hold more or be unlimited. Too many passwords for everything you do these days.

Doesn’t want to scan the certificate, or, if it did, never created the vaccination certificate folder. Aside from that, a great password locker.
