New system, but doesn’t do anything most of the time. Still have to put on shoes and go to the panel to get anything to function. Waste of money.

It was great. Now Temp history is not displaying. Spinning circle of death. Please fix!

Overall this app works well for us. My only problem is I no longer get any outdoor or pool temperatures in the history. I’ve reset the adapter, deleted and reinstalled the app and still no history. This doesn’t affect the operation of the system but with a vacation home it was fun to check on the temperature history remotely.

the app works great and all but for the lighting there's only 5 colors and it gets pretty boring. the presets are kinda cool i guess but itd be nicer to have more options

Just tried the app before buying the equipment and the demo didn’t work. One star :-(

This app makes no sense. I have to click heater to turn it on and then it turns itself off? It’s impossible to use and the toggle buttons always switch on and off on their own. It’s easier to control the pool manually at the side of my house than to use this god awful app. Many times I’ve left the jacuzzi on throughout the whole night thinking I had turned it off.

As of this morning the pentair controller app for both iPad and iPhone 11 have crashed and remain frozen. Unable to bring up any controls.

Sometimes it works, most times it doesn’t. The app won’t connect the vast majority of the time. Just an awful product.

Finished pool last October and installed all Pentair equipment. This app has been the most frustrating feature. It rarely works, even after Pentair sent someone out to switch the brick inside the house and make sure it was all installed properly. Months later and it still doesn’t work. The app does not connect to the board outside. We have tried moving it to other rooms in the house, switched all the components, reset the modem multiple times...and still nothing. After spending this much money on pool equipment this is a huge disappointment. I would not recommend.
