Worthless piece of junk

If you are thinking of getting the ScreenLogic don’t. It is the worst app I have ever interacted with. Pentair should reimburse everyone who purchased the ScreenLogic or fix this app. I will never buy a pentair product again because this app is so poor.
Apple Watch Doesn’t Connect

Phone App works fine. But the Apple Watch will only connect 10% of the time. Please fix Apple Watch connectivity.

I never leave reviews usually, especially not negative ones. But for this kind of investment, just got to speak up in hopes to get these things resolved. I just want to be able to control features on my pool without having to go to the breaker box to do that. Constantly, this app is not working to control the pool. Usually, we have to unplug the router or whatever the connector that connects the communications from the box to the app is called. At least 1-2 times a month. But a few weeks ago, not even doing that resolves it. We are completely unable to use this app to control our pool. We finally set a timer on the box to have our lights turn on at night, so we don’t have to go to the box outside at night. Wish this app would work. It be nice for the most part other than needing more light setting options if it worked consistently. But why is there not an option to pick LED colors from a color wheel like most LED lights offer these days? Not that we can use that right now until we get it resolved again. Pretty sure the lights can do more than what is available as options if the app had those selections. For one, there is an aqua green color with one of the light changing options that turns green to blue to aqua green. But you can’t select just aqua green. Nor can you choose several other colors, but you will see all these colors when they multi change. Be nice to also be able to make our own light show colors from a wheel. My cheap led lights I got off Amazon for my chandelier in my house let’s me do all that, and those are not any kind of name brand. I really hope this gets resolved with the app not working. I will consider revising if it does. Thanks.

Between the app and the automation system, it is very unreliable and inconsistent. For example, I just turned on the pump, heater and blower to use my hot tub and every thing worked great. Now, I can’t turn anything off because nothing is responding through the app. This is just one of many examples.
Watch App Doesn’t work

Both my wife and I have the Apple Watch series 5 and the ScreenLogic app doesn’t work. It shows Connect to: 2 options Demo and Pentair and doesn’t work.
Not a good app…
Hard at it in Omaha
This app looks like and performs like a junior high school science fair project…when it works. Locks up often. Too many screens. I could go on. Very frustrating given it’s how we would like to control all the nice pentair pool equipment we bought.

I have been using this app for a year now and I have had so many days that it just freezes and won’t work. I have to unplug the base and wait and then only sometimes it works. Not dependable at all!
App often doesn’t work

I have android phone, problems with the app and very little info available in that version. I read reviews that apple app was better, so just installed it in the iPad and still it won’t open. Disappointing to spend $500 for a completely unreliable app. Our pool equipment is 9 years old and doubt we’ll be replacing it with more pentair products.
Great on iPhone/No Luck on Apple Watch
