Not compatible with Apple phone

Just got the screen logic system. My husband has a google pixel phone and is able to use his app remotely. I have an Apple XI and can only use the app when I am on the WiFi. RIDICULOUS!!!

Wish there was an easier way to change pump Speed then pushing button one at a time...a spot to type it in or a scroll of some type to move it. Takes a long time to get from 1700 to 3400...

My protocol adapter broke after 1 year. The reason due to their updates. Little adapter cost $400. Unreal. This app is so buggy too.

Not working with Apple Watch OS7.3

Update...Watch OS 7.3 update this app no longer connects. The sheer lack of support by Pentair is pathetic. This app is aging and Pentair does little to nothing to either support it or update it. It is almost 2021 and Pentair automation is expensive equipment. They should have a modern intuitive app that is user friendly and they should be able to support it. Time to up your game Pentair!
App not working good

Working a few weeks since I buy the equipment and don’t let me in for hours, try to reset and nothing wrong. Only app failing, the rest is working good.

There’s a lag between when you hit a button and when the action actually shows so you might hit a button and thing it didn’t register but really it just takes up to 5 or 6 seconds for the action to show that it has started.
I like simple words like On and Off, not available

I inherited a pool guy with a new house and he recommended an upgrade to pentair. I dislike this app intensely. Yesterday i was trying to turn on the spa remotely and it wanted a log in and password, no one was aware of. Then when i got home it has colored lights for the spa and pool, but does not have a “Heater On” button. I’m about to change back to my prior pool guy and have all of this Pentair stuff replaced with Jandy, which i had no problems with for 9 years.
