They should give you an iPhone with the purchase of the new Toyota because that’s the only way this app will work. Once you do that everything works great. However I would like to be able to have live maps up without needing to have the app open on my phone. Give me love maps while my phone is locked and you’ll get your five stars.

I give no stars it awful but I need to give one to post. The last few updates the navigation just freezes and won’t update my location. Now it is awful. Was an ok app that come with my Toyota but probably never work as well as a garmen. Someday it would be nice to be as my Toyota salesman told me it would be.

This the worst thing Toyota has done in a long time they need to fix this problem !!! Well two weeks later I get a email from Toyota to call this number and guess what it’s even worse the woman says sorry it doesn’t work Im like really no help at all Toyota please do away with this piece of junk and I do mean junk I would rate it a -10 junk junk , Toyota your way better then this

The worst. Bought a Ford F-150 and synchronization with iPhone seamless. I’ve owned five Toyota’s with good engineering but this GPS navigation is pathetic.

Never the right directions

I used to enjoy this nav about 2 years ago. I hate this nav system. It is not able to find most locations using the name...you have to have the address & the directions are either wrong or the longest way possible. I have gone to loading Google maps and sitting it on my AC controls so I can see that while driving. Why do you use Yelp? I never use that search engine because of the same reasons listed above. Go with Google!

This is the navigation connected with my Toyota Rav 4. It works about 50% of the time. I am deleting the app.

I just called Toyota 800 331-4331 to complain about Scout and to request that we be able to have Google maps in our cars. I bought a 2018 Camry Hybrid and am having buyers remorse over this terrible navigation system.

My word this is the worst apps I’ve used. Can’t even get me to my hospital. This should not get 1 star. I look forward to this when purchase my third Camry wish I bought another vehicle with android or iOS
