It simply doesn't work. Brand new Lexus and it has this piece of junk tarnishing its image. Shame.
navigation stinks
I just purchased my 2018 Camry and have tried using the Scout App. Driving in KC on a trip it called all roads the same name the whole time. Very confusing especially when dealing with traffic. Also can’t get a map view to come up and stay up on the screen. Very disappointed, my first Toyota and most likely the last. Navigation was a huge factor in this purchase. Not impressed.

This app is useless. It navigates to the wrong location on the rare occasion it doesn’t just show an error and freeze. Completely useless.

I thought that the navigation would pull up a map on my touch screen in my 2018 Toyota Camry, but instead I only get turn by turn. Not sure why that is.

2017 Tacoma , think this navigation would be better. Not that great. Think Toyota would look into this and change it. Missed a lot of turns.

Scout GPS Link is failed to design program. Every one installed Toyota Entune 3.0 for GPS / Navigation and it has 99% negative ratings. Still the shameless developer responding to the posts with “Reach Toyota or Telenav”.

This app is going to get someone killed. If you don’t turn on before you start driving it is unusable. I appreciate you shouldn’t be programming while driving but you should still be able to look at a map. Plus it is constantly asking for you to sign in. Someone is going to try this while driving and kill someone. I regret buying my Toyota because of it.

I had review this app when I first bought my 2017 RAV 4 and the developer response was...... Thanks for you feed back we are working to improve..... that was about a year ago. Here I am reading reviews from weeks ago and all of them complaint about the same thing. I have call Toyota and complain about this and no one seems to care. Instead of waiting time, money and frustration Toyota should consider using Apple car play or Android rather than this piece of crapy worthless application.

You’ll be better off without it, Toyota should’ve stick with the other navigations system. Seriously thinking about returning my vehicle if they don’t switch it
