It’s Great When It Works

Have a Direct TV subscription, unlocked episodes in the past. I didn’t use it for awhile, now I’m abroad, message pops up saying “unauthorized. The content is available to viewers who receive Science as part of their pay TV subscription.” I checked, yes still subscribed. Tap the More Details button, “Internal server error.” I don’t abuse technology, I just want [expletive] to work.

Won't let me watch without signing in with my provider. The only major one they don't have which is Dish Network. Update: 12/15/2018. Finally added Dis Network yay!

So even bother downloading if you are a Verizon fios member. You are locked out of most of all of the shows.

Great, but to many adds

I like the app a lot, but I do not like how frequently the adds put up. I think the four adds should be distributed throughout the entire show. The app is great though, and I use it a lot.

I love the programs! The big problem for me, besides commercials, is while streaming to Apple TV thru AirPlay I cannot close the app and do other things on my iPad while watching. Most other apps do allow closing. Hopefully they will correct this. Otherwise great!

Refuses to allow access to content

Every piece of content is locked despite my being signed in with my cable provider information. Signing out and signing back in does not fix the problem. First it was an hour of ads crammed into 30 minutes of program and now this. I give up.

Just two things: you cannot fast forward through commercials. Second, the app has frozen on three occasions in the last month. The only remedy is to delete and reinstall the app.
