Too many commercials

liked the app. too many commercials. I pay $16 for Spotify x 5 accounts for unlimited all I can eat my and only my kind of music and am in love with it! I will do the same with my favorite shows so no tv anymore. Including this channel now. Wasted a whole hour for a 20 minute show!

I seem to have to reestablish my credentials every week. And on every device. And it is a real pain to do, since the web site doesn’t play well with iPad. I have to go find my laptop every time I have to get a new code. If it has to be this cumbersome, app-based TV will never catch on.

Love the shows, especially those involving cosmology and physics. I would have given 5 stars, except I can’t stand the inconvenience of having to sign in every single time I want to watch something, even on the same device. Aggravating.

First of all, this is a free app, so you bunch of whiners complaining about the commercials need to get over yourselves. Now, let's talk about how pitiful this app functions. It constantly signs me out. I have gone to the website to try to get a couple of questions answered and possibly resolve this issue, but the website is even worse than the app. Absolutely nothing on their site works as it should! A total joke! I will be deleting all of the garbage "go" apps moving forward. Pitiful!

Why are there 8 ads every 5 minutes? I don’t even want to watch the rest of my show because of this.

Why can’t I watch Through the Wormhole? It’s in the list of shows you can watch on the description. And don’t tell me you have to have a TV service provider because I provided that information and still can’t watch it. When I search for the show it says nothing is found. What the hell is going on? Very disappointed.

Why am I watching commercials at all on this app? I pay a hefty price on my Dish bill, I figure it would be worth it if I can watch my shows without commercial breaks on this app. That would be a big NO. So what is the point to this app if it’s just the same as the cable or satellite companies. ??♂️? this is where this app and others like it, is going-> ?. Offer all shows unlocked, and then you can put commercials on this app. Also, each commercial break has 6 to 8 commercials lasting about 4 to 3 minutes long. That’s about 18 minutes to 24 minutes long. Yikes! That isn’t what I paid for. At least Dish has a DVR that I can skip through the pointless ads.

It works just fine. More commercials than I would like, but that allows for breaks and I like that they tell you how many there are, i.e. 2 of 4.
