Online version and app version don't sync correctly.

I like how this program helps me organize my classroom library. However, the book titles I entered online are not visible through the app. Only the books scanned on the device with the app will show up when I choose the list. It only showed the 11 books I scanned with my device even though the list has over 300 book in it.

Where is the Quiz Information?

Mike03094

Pretty much all my parents and students want to do is look up quiz information. Levels and Lexiles are nice, but what about quizzes?

Lacking some features

Yelnad

It would be extremely helpful if this told if there was a Reading Counts quiz and how many points.

Frustrated. Fix it!!!

What a stink pile this ended up being! What happened to the original version? Why is this a "school edition" when my kids in class use it? It was fabulous when it first came out but this version erased all my lists! Called customer service and they said a team in NY works on it. Hang tight? Why make tools for teachers that don't work?

Doesn't give reading tests

I downloaded this app last summer for the sole purpose of helping my child select books to take Reading Counts quizes. You can't get that info from this app. To get that info, I have to log in to the school website, click on the Scholastic Book Wizard link and look up the book from there. Don't understand why the same data from the same company isn't available on all forms of media. So then I go "ok, I'll just use it to check lexile levels". Most of the books don't come up when scanned so I have to type in the author or title. Forget it, I have much better luck with LexScanner. Sorry, I really want to like this app but for me, it's useless.

Awful!

This app won't scan anything, including a book I just bought yesterday from a Scholastic book fair! Useless.

Disappointing!

I was so excited to use the mobile app for Book Wizard -- just scan and go! Yee-ha! But ... if the 22 books I scanned only 7 were in the database and had the reading level I needed. All were from my most recent Scholastic order so I was pretty surprised the ratio was so low. Hope they improve that quickly!

Needs updates

I love the idea of this app. As a teacher I have hundreds of books in my classroom and it is hard to keep track of what I have. This app allows me to scan and categorize what I have. With that being said, there are so many newer books that are not recognized in this database and it's very frustrating. Please update your database so this app can be more useful!

List deleted

Jlabi5i

Not sure how but the update deleted my son's first and second grade book lists. And just tried to scan a new book but the scanner didn't work.

Some pros some cons

CourtneyG.

Pros: -Multiple books can be scanned at a time. -Multiple copies of a book can be added to the book lists. -clean design Cons: -You have to sign in every time you open the app. That takes time that teachers don't have. - There are too many clicks to just scan a book. Stream line the scanning feature!
