Completely broken

This app worked relatively well until latest release. Now I can't sign in at all. I reset my password on the desktop version, which one would imagine would propagate through to the mobile version. Not so. Entering this same password on the mobile app results in an error message saying my password is temporary or incorrect. Selecting the 'reset password' link in the app ought to work, I thought (even though it should be unnecessary). It doesn't. Selecting the relevant link from the password reset email forces me to open the app, but won't deep-link to a password reset interface within the app. Instead I am simply confronted with the same login screen that won't accept my credentials (even though they are correct and work fine in the desktop version). I have been through this routine multiple times now without success. I'm going to have to accept that I will have to do everything through the desktop version for now because the mobile version simply doesn't work.
App update had rendered this app useless

One touch login doesn't work. Keyboard doesn't come up when you attempt to enter in password instead. Have to do your expenses on the PC now and that isn't user friendly either. Fix the app!!
Major miscue with last update

The app is now totally useless to me. Touch ID doesn't work and I can't log into the App. I've done several password resets to no avail. This is negatively impacting my work along with thousands of my colleagues!

Login issues, crashes, dismal functionality. Ex- unable to rent a car off airport site via the app. FAQ directs you to the OL website. Then you get Concur's mobile version which is as bad as the app....at least you're consistent Concur, albeit in sucking.

What is wrong with these people. Nothing works anymore. Do they not test an update before the release. I agree someone needs to be fired over this. Bunch of dumbos working to waste people's time.

The recent "update" and two "fixes" destroyed this app. Amateur hour. Clowns. I would be humiliate if I worked for this company.
Can't even log in

One touch no longer works and I can't even get a keyboard to type in my password. The main need for the mobile version is to log expenses and my feedback has been- that doesn't need to be secure- put it before login!!
This update broke Concur

It's true- I can no longer use touch to log in and when I try to enter my password the keyboard doesn't appear. Then when I try to close the app by double clicking the home button the phone freezes for a while- sure hope Concur is working on a fix!!!
