Well I was going to give this 5 stars, but it automatically had a response it wanted me to put in. This app tries to get you to put in an amazing review without you putting in your own words. Maybe these developers want you to be a puppet and just go along with it. For this I won’t even give it 5 stars! Also I won’t give my reason why I would’ve given it 5 stars. Everyone should give this a 1 Star!

I don’t know if it’s the app itself, or a lack of explanation and communication that gave me so much trouble. Doing an expense report via Concur is nothing short of a nightmare.

Concur is easy to use. The uploading of receipts is very user-friendly. It makes the expense report process much more streamlined and hasslefree. It sure beats the old school methods of turning in paper and waiting for days to get approvals!

Slow. Fields don’t show and errors come up. The error says I didn’t fill out a field even though I completed all fields. After error NOW the vendor name shows. Slow. Almost easy to use UI until experiencing freezing and glitches. I could have programmed a better app. Do they realize this is for work purposes? You make me add a passcode to my phone presumably because if the UI/OS has so many errors I can only imagine the gaping security holes. Maybe “someone” will hack it and take “someone’s” job. Did I mention it’s slow? Ergo, I do not concur. I disconcertingly demur.
The absolute best expense report software!
Good but limited
I have used concur for 10 years now and found it to be the best expense reporting software . The app is easy to use and ensure my complete report is accurate and simple! Some improvements would be: To use iOS login and record banners and alerts for approvals; Add the people component of expenses in the expense report review to see attendees for an expense.
