Two key problems with this app. First, it is virtually impossible to find the best airline or hotel fares vs. using Kayak or Hotels.com or HotelTonight or any other app/service. Simple A/B testing bears this out readily. I suspect that since Concur is generally used by companies for their employees to book travel, employees are not as incentivized to save money as when they are booking personal travel. As a result Concur effectively has found a nice niche to fleece corporate travel budgets. Second, the app seems to be designed to require as many clicks and as much data entry as possible to complete a booking. God forbid one has fewer than 30 minutes to book a flight that is subject to even minor time constraints. Concur really needs to spend some time improving their data sources and optimizing their app user experience or else simply partner with a more capable entity who can do this work on Concur’s behalf.

This wonderful, all-in-one app, used to be a joy to use. I travel regularly and use the app for submitting expense reports but also for reviewing and approving expense reports from my employees, that was until Concur changed the app. Since I can now only use the app to submit an expense or expense report, not approve them, it’s only have as valuable for my role as a manager. Previously, Concur allowed approval via the app. Not sure why the change was made but it sure hasn’t helped managers to be more efficient. Pushing me to the website is a sorry excuse for this customer.
It gets the job done, but UI is horrendous

The app works for the most part, and I can submit expense reports to my employer. However the interface does not follow standard iOS practices. The excessive modal dialogs and screens like selecting expenses to move from inbox to reports are particularly bad.

Great App. Makes doing expense reports super easy! Would be nice to have a pre-made expense report template. Example, you save a report with the items you always have to add like phone, car lease, etc...
