This used to be an easy to use product. Do NOT recommend! Lost all my customer data and cannot add back in.
Can’t even open app!

I downloaded the app and right away it asks me for Username/Password. I haven’t even set up an account yet so it won’t let me even use the app.

This could possibly be “operator error”, but I feel as if my flight options are limited because the app forces me to enter a date AND time. Is there a way to select “any time” instead of specifying an actual departure/arrival time?

My employer work with this service, it’s nothing but headache. Sending reports back to me over and over asking me to fix something. I would like to know what is wrong with the report at once not over and over. Garbage system

A bit slow and doesn’t have flexibility on mobile app like in home computer. Can’t itemize on phone etc.

Truly, if you rated this app 5 stars, then you definitely do not do much in the way of expenses. I probably use concur to expense are $50k every year and am at the point that I would rather ask for a salary increase instead of having to use this god forsaken app. It makes doing expenses take twice as long…pictures WILL NOT upload consistently, creating a new report will give you an error, pay outs have been delayed recently too. Would rate 0 stars if able to, the app is trash. If you are in HR and considering using this service I would HIGHLY recommend using another service.
