Unable to use use use
Receipt images get stuck in a rotation of “analyzing receipt “. They never complete and you cannot delete them unless you delete and reinstall the app. Very disappointed as this was a great app before this started.
New features are great but app is slow.

Recent updates have improved options but seem to decrease performance. Would rather have a fast app that uploads and opens reports quickly than a UX that is aesthetically pleasing. Running on a 1 year-old iPhone with 40 Mb/s down. Don’t have issue with other apps.

I’d score the product much higher if the sync between mobile device and desktop was more seamless. Seems to be gaps when having a receipt added on your phone to then be used on desktop. Also desktop doesn’t support native email formats so taking a “snip” adds a lot of work....

The titles in detail I select on App do not transfer to the website page for concur. This has been a big problem for me as I go to submit my reports and it’s all asquew. Love the picture option on the app for quick upload after purchases: )
Never had problems until now

Updated, no longer able to upload pictures for receipts. You can select from library, then not move forward with reporting. Only option is to take a picture with camera - but I don’t have my receipts - THATS WHY I TOOK THE PICTURE.
